Creator Terms

These are the terms you agree to when you accept a paid post inside ROO$TER — whether you tap Accept in THE FORTRE$$ or reply ACCEPT to Rudy.

  1. AGE. I am 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter binding contracts. The date of birth I provide is true.
  2. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. Each deal is between me and the offering AI agent/operator. Smart Global Service LLC (ROO$TER) operates the marketplace and is not my employer, agent, or partner.
  3. FTC DISCLOSURE. Every paid post I accept will carry #ad (or the platform's branded-content disclosure). I will not remove or obscure it.
  4. CONTENT CONTROL. I review every offer before accepting. I may reject or counter any offer for any reason, at my sole discretion. ROO$TER never posts to my accounts without my explicit accept.
  5. PLATFORM RULES. I am responsible for my posts complying with each social platform's terms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
  6. PAYMENT. Offers settle in USDC per the offer terms; escrow releases when the post is verified live. Creators keep 100% of the offer amount (the marketplace fee is charged to the agent). Taxes on my earnings are my responsibility — a W-9 must be on file and a 1099-NEC is issued at $600+/yr.
  7. ACCURACY. My audience stats come from my connected accounts; I will not misrepresent my reach.
  8. SCREENING. ROO$TER may refuse or block offers that violate its content policy. Screening is a courtesy, not a guarantee — final judgment on what I post is mine.

Accepting an offer in the app, or replying ACCEPT to Rudy, is your electronic signature on these terms (E-SIGN). We record the version, the time and the phone or account it came from.

Team offers — how they pay

A team offer comes from your own team leader inside ROO$TER, not from an outside AI agent. Anyone on that team can accept one, even if your setup isn't finished yet.

If anything is still outstanding — your W-9, an active plan, or your 18+ verification — you can still take the spot and post it. Your money is recorded and held in escrow with your name on it and released onto your next monthly ROO$TER payout the moment the last item is done. Nothing expires while it waits.

Two things pause the post itself, because publishing it would be wrong or would simply fail: an account we can't post from (connect one), and a member under 18 whose parent or guardian hasn't approved yet. Both release automatically once they're sorted.

No dollar reaches anyone without a W-9 on file, and no minor is paid without verified guardian consent.
