Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

ROO$TER ("we", "us") operates rooster.cash. This policy explains what we collect, how we use cookies and similar tracking technologies, and the choices you have. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and in line with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU/UK GDPR where they apply.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us — e.g. your name, email, phone or message when you fill in a form, book a call, or contact us.
  • Usage & device data — pages you visit, referring links, approximate location, browser/device type, and your IP address, collected automatically when you use the site.
  • Cookies & local storage — small files used to run the site, remember your preferences and consent choice, and measure traffic (see below).

Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and server-side logging to operate rooster.cash, remember settings, understand how the site is used, and improve it. We group them as:

  • Essential — required for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
  • Analytics & performance — help us measure traffic and improve content.
  • Business/visitor insight — we may use your IP address to identify the company or organization associated with a visit, so we can understand which businesses are interested in our services. This is company-level insight for our own internal use; we do not sell it.

When you first arrive, a banner lets you Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. You can change your mind anytime by clearing this site's cookies/local storage in your browser, which will bring the banner back.

How we use your information

  • To provide, secure, and improve the site and our services.
  • To respond to your enquiries and follow up on requests you make.
  • To analyze traffic and understand interest in our services.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (e.g. hosting, analytics) under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

Connected social accounts, analytics & AI model improvement

ROO$TER helps you create, schedule, and publish social media content, and lets you connect your own social media accounts to the app (for example, through our publishing partner Ayrshare). To provide and continually improve this service, we process the content, performance data, and metadata tied to that activity — including the posts, captions, images, videos, scheduling data, and engagement and performance metrics associated with the accounts you connect and the posts we help you make.

We use this information to:

  • operate and deliver the posting, scheduling, and content features you use;
  • measure what works, analyze patterns across content, and improve our processes, tools, and results;
  • develop, train, and improve our internal analytics and artificial-intelligence systems (our “AI social media brain”) so we can produce better content and stronger results for you and for our other users and clients.

We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Where we use it to improve our systems, we rely on aggregated and/or de-identified data wherever practical, so the benefit — smarter content and better results — comes back to you. By connecting an account, you authorize us to access and process this information for these purposes, consistent with the connected platform's terms; you can disconnect an account at any time to stop future processing, and improvements already derived in aggregated or de-identified form may persist.

Your choices & rights

  • Accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner, or manage cookies in your browser.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
  • We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Members under 13 are covered by our Kids Privacy Policy (COPPA).
